Air Handling Units
This project includes a total of 4 industrial air handling units for an industrial shipping facility. Each unit required re-engineering of support steel per engineers specifications. Fabrication and installation of units support frame located on the roof at each location. Support steel located outside was treated with a galvanized coating to prevent rust. Units required custom duct work to distribute the air throughout the facility. Exterior hole penetrations were flashed and sealed to prevent water penetration into the building. Each unit would provide heat for 100,000 sq ft at 1.25 million BTU.
